We are here to serve you and your pets with high-quality compassionate veterinary medical care!

Our services include…

Pet wellness and preventative medicine, medical care, dentistry, surgery, and end-of-life care. Our facilities include modern equipment with in-house laboratory testing, digital radiography, pharmacy, electrocautery, and cryotherapy.

Boarding and Grooming…

We offer grooming and boarding services for our clients. Please call in advance to reserve boarding space and make appointments for grooming. We offer bathing daily by appointment.

Office Hours

We are open 8:30 am – 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:00 each weekday, Monday-Friday. We close during lunch for surgeries. Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Appointments are preferred but we also see walk-ins.

We strive to see every patient as quickly as possible, but we do triage patients and see emergencies first.

Billing

Payments are due when services are rendered, typically when patients are discharged. Hospitalized patients require a deposit at admission, with the balance due at discharge. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

We recommend the following facilities for after-hours care for your pet.

If you feel that your pet has an emergency that cannot wait until regular business hours to be seen, we recommend the following Emergency Hospitals for after-hours emergency care, all within 45-90 minutes of Lavonia.

We are primarily a companion animal veterinary practice.

We see dogs, cats, and exotics, including small mammals and birds, and we also rehabilitate wild animals. Your pet’s health and well-being are always our first priority. If we feel that your pet would benefit from a referral, we will gladly recommend you to an appropriate facility.

Pet Records

Pet owners may request pet records in person, by telephone, or by email. We will be happy to send pet records to another veterinarian or hospital electronically, provided the pet owner has given permission first, either verbally or in writing.
